Delroy Tuorila is the newest addition to the Keystone team, joining us as the business operations administrator.  After 20 plus years in educational administration, he transitioned into the corporate world and has spent the last three years in private equity and commercial interiors.  

Delroy is passionate about providing resources and experiences that ensure exceptional service for employees, clients and customers. As a life long learner with a growth mindset, he is excited to embrace the Keystone culture, build meaningful relationships and contribute to the companies success.  

Outside of work, Delroy enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping and adventure or unwinding with a good book.

What drew you to KGI?

I love the work KGI is doing around culture. I am so excited to be a part of such an impressive, intelligent team that values the long-term partnerships they’ve built over the last decade.    

What is your favorite pastime?

I have fond memories of family trips to see MLB stadiums and spending time at fields watching college and professional baseball.  Only a few more stadiums to visit left on my list!

What is your most used app?  

At the moment I am immersed in Audible during my commutes and downtime and YouTube for all of the DYI weekend house projects.
