Business Impact Advisor
Maggie Knoke
As an Impact Advisor with Keystone Group International, Maggie brings her coaching and advising expertise to the team. Maggie’s strategic coaching experience elevates the executives, visionaries, founders, and leadership teams to pivot to what’s next and helps them meaningfully advance big goals.
As a strategic business coach, Maggie is deeply interested in how leaders elevate results and chart entirely new paths even when stuck or resource-limited. She is unreasonably excited by makers, launchers, and those who crave more.
Maggie’s passion is to work with leaders who want to elevate their impact, whether it’s helping senior professionals operate at more strategic levels, empower their teams, and advance; helping founders grow as executives as their businesses grow; or developing emerging high-potential leaders.
Maggie’s SuperPower is being able to get to the root of the issue that leaders are facing, she quickly addresses what’s important (and often what’s unexamined), not just surface symptoms. Maggie’s focus is on clarity, breaking down internal and external barriers to success, forming do-able action plans and establishing structure & accountability.
