An Actionable Plan for Sustainable Growth

The President of Lakeview Industries sought guidance to create a sustainable plan for their company’s growth. They were facing issues with lack of trust, having the right people on the team, and then leveling up the right people to truly be able to lead the company’s future. As a family-owned and operated company, it was important to the president that the leadership team was equipped, empowered, and developed to run the business and grow the organization.

Lakeview needed a comprehensive Business & Human Needs Assessment to dig to the root of where the issues were.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Keystone Group International designed a comprehensive and tailored strategy. They began by conducting an Impact Assessment, which consisted of surveying all the employees at Lakeview and conducting focus groups to truly understand the human and business needs of the organization. They were then able to identify key improvement areas within the foundational building blocks of the Impact Model.

Based on the survey results and focus group feedback, KGI created an individualized Conscious Leader Training Academy for the Lakeview leaders.

The Impact Assessment enabled Lakeview to gain valuable insights into its current state and identify areas for growth. At the same time, the Conscious Leader Academy empowered emerging leaders with the skillsets and mindset needed to drive positive change within the company.
